The following have been verified:
- Job profile is active, and Skill/competences and License Certificates are added. Competencies are ranked as "Skilled"
- Person created as Operator and Job profile/job reference correctly
- Verified Talent profile of the Operator and correct Job profile with competencies "Skilled" is referenced.
Any other setups that we are missing?
