Operational Attributes Not Visible in Product Development Work Area but Visible in PIM

Hi Community,

We are using Oracle Fusion Product Hub and have observed that operational attributes of items are visible in the Product Information Management (PIM) work area, but the same attributes are not visible in the Product Development work area.

Here are some details:

  • The items in question are of Document item class.
  • All required attributes, including operational ones, are defined and visible in the PIM work area.
  • However, when accessing the same items in the Product Development work area, the operational attributes section is either missing or not populated.

Has anyone come across this behavior or know if this is expected functionality? Are there any configurations or setups needed to enable operational attributes in the Product Development work area?
