Need to cancel the Inter org shipment.

Summary:

Created the Inter org shipment with in the business entity ( From Org A to Org B)

Shipment not yet received in the destination org B

Due to some discrepancy in the shipment we need to cancel it.

I see cancel shipment button is exists under Manage In bound shipment in Receipts section, but currently the Cancel shipment button is greyed out.

Please suggest is it possible to cancel the inter org shipment/lines in Oracle fusion cloud.
