Not able to update Tax rate name and % on PO based invoices

Hi Team,

I have created PO with STANDARD tax rate name and I have matched invoice with PO.
While I am trying to update tax rate name from STANDARD to REVERSE CHARGE, system updating details at line level, but it does not update the tax rate name at the transaction tax level..
