The soft reservation is not working: Available to reserve and transact is also not reducing

Hi All,

When we book a sales order (Standard sales order), the expectation is Oracle needs to soft reserve in manage reservation and picks screen and show up sales order number, and ATT and ATR needs to get reduced in manage item quantities screen. Both are not happening even though the line has moved to awaiting shipping. Are we missing any ESS or configuration? The item is checked for reservable. The on-hand is available in the locator level. We can see for some past cases, the data is being shown in Manage reservations and picks.
