OTBI | source agreement line agreed quantity & released quantity vs PO schedule received quantity

I'm struggling in these subject areas:

Procurement - Purchasing Agreements Real Time, Procurement - Procure to Pay Real Time, Procurement - Purchase Orders Real Time

to reconcile the Blanket Line Agreed Quantity with the Blanket Line Released Quantity and the Purchase Order Schedule Received/Delivered Quantity. If a PO is released from a blanket at 40,000# but only 38,000# are received, the 'open' 2000# are still reserved on that blanket line agreed quantity and impact our ability to fill our line agreed quantity. I can do this with separate reports, but I should be able to line these up.
