EPRCS Security Audit log/Report

Hi Team,

Is there a possibility to get EPRCS Narrative reporting tool "Security" Audit log/Report.

If User updates the User account with additional/Change the groups, Roles then Audit log/Report should show which user got modified with what value and who did it.

Is there any standard functionality or a way to get this.
