Action chain doesnt showing up in events

In my VB Studio application, under events, the action chain name doesnt show up.

n my VB Studio application, under events, the action chain name doesnt show up. Everytime, to edit corresponding action chain, I need to check the listener from the code, go to event listener and then find the action chain to edit. This is not how it was in the beginning of this project. It is something which happened few months back. Any fix to resolve this?
