Is there an existing API to get list of all groups that created in EDMCS?

Security team is trying to automate the security configuration in EDMCS using SailPoint for which they would like to get the list of all the groups that are configured in EDMCS application using API. Can you please let us know what API we can use for this and if you can provide any samples that would be very helpful.
