Pending Worker visibility

Hi all,

Pending worker when search for others people with the search bar in the homepage can see "Additional assignment info" and "Document record" sections, and this not happen with Employee, so I want to hide those two section also for pending worker role.

I tried to compare the two roles in security console but i didn't find the privileges that i have to remove from the pending worker. Can someone help?
