How in TRANSMISSION REPORT email we can include the Transmission_no & Element_Name e.t.c. in subject

We are receiving a Transmission Report email notification with the subject: "Error GLog Transmission Report." How can we modify the subject line to include details such as Transmission_No, Element_Name, Object_Gid, Instance and other relevant information?
Attached is a sample notification email we received. Please note that this notification email is triggered when we include the <ACKSPEC> section in the inbound Transmission XML.
