We have recently enabled the following fields in the "Project Budget Version" approval notification template:

Project Type
Budgeted (Yes/No)
MOC Required (Yes/No)
However, we are experiencing a significant delay of almost two days for these changes to reflect in the actual user login notifications. This delay is impacting our business operations, particularly our production migration.

Despite frequently clearing the cache in the lower instance, the issue persists. We are seeking to understand the root cause of this delay and find a solution to ensure that changes are reflected immediately.
