Need Report to show Change Details of a BPA Change Order

Summary:

Looking for a report to see what details were changed in a BPA or PO Change order. Please advise if there is any OTBI report or table to create BIP report. we can use po_lines_archive_all and po_verisons table to compare a field (like price) ,but it will be tedious to do for all fields of headers,lines,line_locations and distributions table.
