'Last Login Dates' are not recorded for specific users

'Last Login Dates' are not recorded for a specific user despite this data being available for all other users. A particular user account is frequently deactivated due to inactivity because their login attempts are not recorded in Oracle. SQL statements confirm that no data is returned for this user in the 'ASE_USER_LOGIN_INFO' table despite multiple Oracle logins. Are there aspects of user account that would prevent 'Last Login Dates' from being recorded? How can ensure this user data is present in our reporting?
