HCM AI Agent - Document Not published

MY Client Groups » Configure HCM Agents

I have created a tool and attached a document and changed the status to Ready to Publish. It is a Word document. I run the scheduled process -

Process Agent Documents. However the document does not change to Published Status.

Below is the ESS log file.

I have tried creating a new document with just one paragraph in but again the status does not change to published.

Any ideas? Any restrictions on the documents?
