Is there a way to get the extract report for the below?

Summary:

Is there a way to get the extract report "Limb became leaf", "Leaf Became Limb", "Old parent", "Immediate parent" "grandparent" for the nodes.?

Ex: If we are comparing monthly views. We need to get a report based on the current month's view and the last month's view, which node has become a leaf/limb and also the names of the parents.
