Can I create a Budgetary Control at the Award level.

Summary:

Is there a way to apply Budgetary Control at the Award level. An Award could be applied to one or more projects. But while spending, the overall expense should not exceed the total awarded amount. It is okay if one of the projects goes over the budget, but the total expense should not exceed Award Budget. What are the configuration steps to be followed.
