How can we customize the email content for contract expiry notifications?

Summary:

I know we can set the contract expiry notification at Contract type page and also we have Manage Contract rules task, I explored that as well in that we have "Event notification rules and Template set" - But I believe that's for triggering the reminder before contract start. But my question is we want to customize the
email body content for contract expiry notifications. Can someone guide how can we achieve this?
