Planning Provider Error when Submit Data

Summary:

I am Admin and in the past I fixed some data using Ad hoc submission. I created Ad hoc in Excel SmartView - use all bottom level (Level 0) members and submit data. Since Q4 last year I have an issue that although I am doing everything the same I got error "Planning Provider Error". The error stops me from submitting any data. Do you have any idea what is wrong? The error message doesn't indicate anything. It cause issues for me as I need to create forms or submit data using HsSet formula in Excel.
