TOA Accelerator Add-in compiling issue

I have started integrating OSvC with OFSC using Oracle TOA Accelerator. I have followed steps given in this document and downloaded the code from this source. I am able to import workspace/object/report/PHP files but facing issue while compiling Add-in.

I have tried to compile as per document using 2013/2015 Visual studio version but every time i get below error.

Error    7    The name 'Json' does not exist in the current context   projects\Oracle.RightNow.Toa.Client\Services\InboundService.cs  

Error    CS0006    Metadata file '\projects\Oracle.RightNow.Toa.Client\bin\Release\Oracle.RightNow.Toa.Client.dll' could not be found
