Budgetary control and project budget variance

Hi,

I have one project where the budget is being increased to 7,00,000 and its baselined approved and the BCAR report budget is showing 6,95,000 there is variance between the project budget version and the BCAR report budget i want to know why there is any discrepancy and what fix needs to be done. Do i need to change any setups?

I am facing this problem only in this project, other projects when I am trying to increase the budget in project it automatically gets updated in BCAR report.

It would be great if i get any solution for this.
