cycle count OTBI subject area not showing cycle count header descriptive flexfield

Client defines many cycle counts that they start adhoc. No fixed schedules.

In order to track count discipline, we have added a descriptive flexfield on the cycle count header where we store 'Frequency' with a list of values: 3 times per week, 1 time per week, 1 time per month

They want to create an analysis showing the dff value and the number of counts in a certain period.

The only subject area for Cycle Counting is: Inventory Cycle Counting Real Time

We defined the dff with global segment. The segment is BI enabled and has a label linked as well. But after deploying the flexfield and running ESS: Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence … we still don't see the dff in the cycle count header section (where I expect to find the dff segment).
