ORA-00001: unique constraint violated ERROR

We found this error on FCCS Data Integration with ERP CLOUD

From FCCS Data Exchange > Applications > Configure Connection I have created an ERP Cloud connection. I have inserted name, URL, username and password and then i Clicked on "Test Connection". This was fine. The Connection as been created and also the ERP CLOUD Database, below Applications.

When i click on this Oracle ERP CLoud application and i click on Refresh Members i Receive the ORA-00001: unique constraint violated ERROR.

It seems like FCCS is not able to view and import ERP CLOUD Members in Data Exchange.
