Query (sql) that brings the sequence logic the cost center in budget details
How to query (sql) that brings the sequence logic of the information in this part of the cost center:

The cost center appears several times because it has company lines, but it is not shown in the LOV. We opened the idea, but for now, since it impacts integrations and payroll costs, we need to know how it sequences the LOV list, that is, whoever comes in the first line is from which company, the second is from which, and so on. We were asked to get the query (SQL) that generates this logic (and criteria) from you, so that it can be replicated in a report (data model) and thus know the sequence.
