Summary:

We have our first and only journal entry with event type Retroactive Price Adjustment since go-live in October 2023. We are looking at root cause and what was unique about this PO, but wanted to confirm whether or not 25A was involved. There is a feature (How Retroactive Price Updates Are Processed) around how Retroactive Price Adjustments are processed, but nothing that points to our situation. The client does not use blanket purchase agreements, so the scheduled process mentioned in the feature was not what triggered the adjustment.
