How to load Potential scores with enhancedtalentprofile.dat

Summary: Hello!

I'm trying to load Potential scores using EnhancedTalentProfile.dat (new to me), and I keep getting errors. First error is "You must enter a whole number for the PotentialScore attribute" but our scores are letters (A, B or C). The second error is "The line for component TalentPotentialRating with instruction MERGE doesn't include values that define a unique reference to the record.", but I have provided ProfileId. Does anyone have an example of a working HDL template for Potential?
