Alert or notification to find mandatory certification based on employee's position profile

Summary:

Is there a way to notify/Alert an employee that they do not hold a mandatory certification that their position requires them to hold.

By comparing the mandatory certifications listed in the respective position profile.

As there are changes to the employee position/assignment.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have defined position profiles. And employees are tagged to the position profile based on the position they hold.

When the position changes both old and new certifications are considered.

However using an Alert we were able to handle based on what exists/is added in the employee Talent profile (as per the below documentation).
