How does OTM SaaS connection to external apps work via floating IPs?

Summary:

In OTM OCI IaaS environment we used to face an issue with OTM integrations wherein the IP address of the connecting application used to change dynamically (floating IPs). We had to go through a periodic exercise to whitelist the IPs every time a new IP range was used.

Is the same be handled in OTM SaaS environment.
