    Uploading an XML via Integration Manager a second time is not updating data.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    I am trying to update a Release as part of testing an existing integration .While trying to upload the sample xml manually using Integration manager, I can see the order_release_line table is getting updated the first time,but if I edit some of the data and do an upload the second time it wont get updated. I am using IU transaction code at Release level and RC at release line level. My sample XML is as attached.
