**SOLVED** How can I get Manager grade step to display in OTBI?

I have a requirement to include the grade step of managers in a report I am building however there doesn't appear to be anything available out of the box for this.

Does anyone know if is this actually possible to achieve with some sort of SQL filter/expression such as CASE and looking at other columns such as if employee name is the same as manager name then show grade step for that person? Thanks.
