Is it possible to load a comment on a BPA line

I want to load a comment on the BPA line into the field called 'Comment'. I can do this easily via the UI, however when I look on the FBDI for a column called Comment on the BPA line, it appears on the sheet called PO_ATTR_VALUES_TLP_INTERFACE? However Its mandatory to enter 'LANGUAGE', so I am wondering how to add comment. Plse advise.
