Resource- LearnerLearningRecord- Add DFFs in message template

Hi Team,

I am exploring option to create custom Learning Alert in case of Overdue reminders. I am just checking in to see if we can use custom DFFs fields in the message template?

By using DFFs, planning to include or exclude a group of Learners.

If DFFs cannot be used, how to maintain to exclude a group of courses in custom Resource Alert? Not going to hard code the list of courses as we have big chunk of courses which we want to be excluded.

Kindly review and assist me on this.
