Auto Assignment of Subinventory to Item upon the item creation

We need to automatically assign subinventory to an item when it is created. This is necessary because we have restricted subinventory on items, and users might forget to assign it manually. If subinventory is not assigned, the processes for transfer order shipment and sales order transactions get stuck since the staging subinventory is missing.
