How to refresh our fusion demo environment (subscribed)

Summary:

We have a purchased demo fusion SaaS environment subscription. That environment have not been updated since 21D is what the latest finding we noticed through an SR response. The SR response from Oracle also asked to request self-service) through the Demo.oraclecloud portal → Deployment → Resource. However, we don't see our demo environment listed. What could be the reason? Though we have responded back to SR asking for same, I thought some of you in the community might have had the same requirement and issue.
