I would like to know why was my DB system deleted

Hello,

my DB system with OCID ocid1.mysqldbsystem.oc1.eu-frankfurt-1.aaaaaaaaijhywuozp7pkxzzvilv3oqs3zv3m6vfb5w5exx3k6hp2ao2e3e3q was deleted and I have no idea why. I was able to recreate my DB system from a back-up, but I would like to avoid this situation in the future.

Can anyone please help and investigate, why was the original DB system deleted? 🙏 I asked the chatbot and it was not able to provide any answer.
