Set Administration Mode in a Pipeline fails

Has anyone been able to set up an Administration Mode job within a Pipeline? I've tried with the following settings:

Type: EPM Platform Job
Job Type: Administration Mode
Job Name: AppAdminMode
Label: loginLevel
Value: Administrators

The Pipeline immediately fails with the message: "Error executing pipeline" and no other details (Log Level 5 in the System Settings) . The Pipeline still says it's running. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
