Update Date Placed in Service at System Controls

Summary:

Update Date Placed in Service at System Controls. Currently Date Placed in Service as 01-Jan-2017 but we need to update it to 01-Jun-1983. Currently in Dev22 sample data is created. But we would like to create new configuration where assets data placed in service is before 01-Jan-2017. Now the field is frozen. Please suggest how to update it?
