Unable to filter Customers for Collections

Summary:

We need to filter the customers while running collections for our plan data. We have millions of customers for our business, which there is a need to collect only 140 or less than 200 customers only. Huge amount of unnecessary data is collected into planning and long running of collection program. Hence, we want to know if there is a way to filter this unwanted data while running collections.
