Filter customers scope at Planning Level Profiles

We need to filter the customers scope at planning level profiles. We have millions of customers for our business, which there is a need to filter only 140 or less than 200 customers only. Hence, we want to know if there is a way to filter the unwanted data at planning level profiles.
