What is Subscription Id and Account Name when creating new users in Oracle Support

Summary:

We want to grant access to few of our associates in the new Oracle Support portal, the follow the below steps, please note that they don't have an account in Oracle

  1. They enter their email in the Sign In Section.
  2. They then click the Sign In with your Oracle Account button on the next page
  3. On the next page, they need to enter the Subscription Id and Account Name

Can anyone please advise what these two fields are?
