Hello,

When I run "checkout " on word, in a package report,in Narrative reporting, and I try to upload changes with "checkin", it gives me the following error:

File loading failed. The character '.', with hexadecimal value 0X0, is invalid

In test environment i don't have the same problem.

What could be the problem?
