Unable to See Asset Book with Asset Accountant Role and Business Unit Security Context

Summary:

I am facing an issue with the Asset Accountant role in Oracle Fusion. I have assigned the Asset Accountant role to a user with the Business Unit as the security context. However, the user is unable to see the Asset Book.

I specifically want to use the Business Unit security context due to data security requirements between different Business Units. I do not want to use the Asset Book security context.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can I configure the system so that the user can access the Asset Book while maintaining the Business Unit security context?
