Lease booking accounting entries not triggered for migrated Lease

Summary:

when "Migrated Lease" checkbox is selected, no matter Right of Use Basis is Net or Gross and with Finance Net Right of Use inputted, lease status is Active and version status is Finalized, create accounting does not trigger lease booking accounting entries,

while for those "Migrated Lease" checkbox is not selected, lease booking can trigger correctly, is there any missing or this is expected behavior for 25A?
