Requisition lines are grouped into one purchase order line but not grouped into one schedule

We have 2 requisition lines which share same details such as Requested delivery date, ship-to location and ship-to organization, Destination type, item. The requisitions are created by releasing planned orders from fusion planning. After purchase orders auto generated, it grouped and created 1 line on the purchase order with sum of quantity. However, it created 2 schedule # on the purchase order.

Business expectation was to create one schedule# as all required details are same for both the requisition lines.

By default, the requisition lines are combined into individual lines based on document type. This option determines whether each requisition line being fulfilled in the order will have its own order line or can be combined with other requisition lines.
