How can I use a lookup in approval rules?
We are adding Legal Employers to multiple Approval Rules on a weekly basis. This is very tedious since approval rules can only be edited manually.
My approval rules contain multiple participants, and each participant has multiple rules. I end up having to add the new Legal Employers in 48 places, which leads to mistakes, errors and frustration.
Is there a way that I can reference a lookup in the approval rules, so every time I add a value to that lookup, it's automatically added to all rules? This way, I would have to add the Legal Entity in only one place.
