email notification encryption

Hi,

We have setup our email notification in our workflow, to have TLS for encryption (in transit) – meaning the email is encrypted during transit. However, once the emails reach our email server, they are no longer encrypted (at rest). Is it possible in Oracle to apply encryption at rest once it reaches our server something like this?

The "From" that we use for our workflow email notification is not a "shared mailbox" but just an email name which we a have certificate so it wouldn't show as EXTERNAL SENDER.
