Redwood Document of Records some not 'loading'

Hi all

Currently in 'Responsive' our HR users have access to several document of records that can be added to an employees record if needed.


However in Redwood we have found, although the documents are there for selection in the drop-down, the forms/information does not load.


This is just one example, there are quite a few that do not load. Yet some that do.
I can not find anything on VBS to assist with this, has anyone experienced anything similar?
