Using VBS - Provide ability to make Overall Rating on Performance Assessment Form Read Only

The overall summary where manager rating exists, we would like to provide the ability to make the overall rating read only at a period of time. This can be accomplished by allowing Oracle to provide the feature in VBS to make the rating read only however leaving the overall comments and other comments available for managers to continue updating. We don't want to hide the rating from manager however just make it read only.

This will significantly help with our business process because our compensation process and performance process are different. There is a period of time we don't allow managers to use the Performance Calibration and allowing it read only on the Performance Assessment page will provide consistency throughout the process for managers. It will also save developing cost.
