Can we bulk update Percentage on Project cost allocation rules through FBDI or any other way?

Hi All

We have a requirement where the Business has to do update percentages on 50+ Target lines on Project cost allocation rules every month end.

Is there any way to do this programmatically through FBDI or any other way?
