Generate Daily Breakdown of Absence Details Process

Summary:

We are facing an issue requiring an urgent fix since it's affecting the payroll of employees.

We have a report in the system which fetched the shift premium details and absence details of employees, it's extracted on every Tuesday.

Now, we do have the process 'Generate Daily Breakdown of Absence Details Process' scheduled to run every hour. However, we noticed that the report misses the absences data for a few employees. It does give the data but takes long time.

Example of a scenario, a supervisor adds an absence for an hourly paid employee on Monday. This absence was added for the previous week. The supervisor also submits and approves the timecards. Now, on the next day, Tuesday, when the report was extracted, the data was not displayed. Later when the miss of pay was reported by the employee, and the report was rechecked, it had displayed the record.
